Everything Changed.

There are renovations… and then there are reimaginings.

Located within the prestigious Grey Oaks Country Club in Naples, FL this transformation is the kind that quietly shifts everything about how a home lives, feels, and functions - without adding a single square foot. At over 5,100 square feet, the space was always generous. But now, it lives larger - more intentional, more fluid, and infinitely more refined.

This wasn’t about cosmetic updates. It was about correcting the way the home moved.

The entire first floor was thoughtfully reworked to create a sense of ease the moment you walk in. Sightlines were cleaned up. Purpose was added where space once felt underutilized. And every design decision - down to the materials and millwork - was made to feel cohesive, not just impressive.

In the kitchen, what was once a single oversized island became two purposeful spaces: one dedicated to prep and function, the other designed for gathering and connection. The former breakfast nook? Completely reimagined into a walk-in pantry that feels more like a private culinary suite - complete with wine storage and a coffee bar that makes everyday routines feel elevated.

Even the transitions between spaces were considered. Custom pocket doors now disappear seamlessly into a built-in media wall, allowing rooms to open or close depending on the moment - something this home simply couldn’t do before.

And then there are the details you feel before you even consciously notice them. The laundry room, once exposed from the main living areas, is now discreetly tucked behind the pantry - exactly where it belongs. The dining room, previously a redundant secondary seating area, has been transformed into a statement space with custom beams and room to gather everyone around one table.

The master suite received the same level of intention. What was once an awkward and frankly jarring entrance - where the toilet room took center stage - is now a serene, spa-like experience. A sculptural soaking tub and expansive walk-in shower anchor the space, framed by warm white oak cabinetry that subtly ties back to the kitchen and living areas. His-and-hers closets were also fully reimagined with custom built-in systems - designed to maximize storage, streamline daily routines, and carry the same quiet luxury seen throughout the home.

Throughout the home, wide plank wood flooring creates continuity, while moments of pattern - like the herringbone entry and its echo in the pantry backsplash - add just enough rhythm to keep the design feeling layered and thoughtful.

This is what happens when design isn’t just about how something looks - but how it lives.

Executed in partnership with JJ Build, this renovation is a testament to what’s possible when vision, craftsmanship, and intention align.
